Video playback delay

Several of the video clips in my presentation show a
solid black image for several seconds before playing the
video. Does anyone know the cause of this?

Usually this delay is caused by large movie files being loaded. How large
is the file?

Hi Bill:

Thanks for the reply. The file sizes that experience
delays range from 5 - 15 MB. However, in my presentation,
there is a file (of "Video Clip" type) that is 194MB that
loads without the black screen delay.
