View a weekly schedule

Andrew

Dear all,
I would like to view my short project in a gnatt chart by day. The event
lasts one week (my holiday) and during each day I have various tasks (sight
seeing etc). I've been trying to get this to work in project but the most
granular I seem to get in print is a weekly output rather than one day.

Has anyone else found a way to make project print and/or view my daily
schedule?

Many thanks in advance for any help

Kind regards

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

In the Gantt Chart view, zoom in or out by clicking on the little magnifying
glasses with a plus or a minus sing in the standard toolbar. Project should
print out with the timescale you select.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Andrew,
Go to Format/Timescale and set the timescale to show whatever detail
level you want, down to the minute.
