view menu not showing all items

only a few items of the "view" menu is displayed (Goto,
Outlook bar, folder list, Reminder window, Toolbars,
Status bar) while no other items are displayed.

Is there a double down-arrow at the bottom of the menu? If so, click it.

No there's no down arrow.

Well, then, right-click on the menu bar and choose "Customize". Highlight
the "View" menu on the left. The right side of the box should show all menu
items that can exist in that menu. Click-and-drag the items you want up to
the View menu on the menu bar and drop the items into the menu.
