Viewing Changes

I have been told that I can view changes others have made to a Word document
(I use XP). I have received a document from someone that shows the redline
in the margin indicating changes have been made but I cannot tell what was
actually added or deleted. Is there a way? Thank you.

Are you in Print Layout view? If so, you should probably be seeing marginal
balloons. If the Reviewing toolbar is displayed, make sure you are in Final
Showing Markup view.
