Viewing two folders on one screen

I know this is easy but cannot for the life of me
remember how to get this. I want to be able to be able
to see my tasks when I'm in my email. I want to do this
without having to open two windows, I want the view to be
similar to how the calendar looks, the split
view....please tell me how this can be done.
