Visio Document viewing options

I going to be creating flow charts in visio 2007.
My question is once the flow chart with links to other documents built into
the diagram is it then possible for other useres on my network to view the
visio doc using one of the visio viewers.

I believe that they can but what I really want is for them to access the
visio document and the links to other documents that maybe linked like a word
or excel document.

So will I have to purchase visio for everyone on the network or will it do
what I want with the viewer software. granted that the visio viewers
stations will not be able to make any changes.to the document but they have
access to the doc and its linked documents.

The Visio Viewer does expose hyperlinks, but you should read my blog about
