Visio Menu Bar

For some reason, the meunu bar at the top of the Vizio screen disappeared. I
attempted to restore by trying to add itusing the 'custom' screens, but it
will not allow me to select the 'menu bar' option.

What can I do to restore the menu bar?

Incredible isn't it that the whole menu bar can be moved, even moved
off screen. I would have thought that the menu bar coordinates would
be stored in the registry but I can't find anything at the moment.
