visio reverse engineer and oracle 10g

I am using Visio 2003 professional, and I am trying
to reverse engineer an Oracle 10G database. When
the reverse engineering gets to the Extracting Oracle Object, type and
body, I received a message box that says
"Encountered a fatal error during reverse engineer of information
from the database!' and nothing is extracted. How can I make it work on 10G?
