I'd start with Google, but then you've probably already done that.
It might help to know that Visio can import typical clipart formats, so you
might be able to find the heavies you need from a "non-Visio" company that
would work just fine in Visio.
And at the very lame-est, you can always drop a bitmap (ie: image, photo,
etc) onto a Visio page. This is often adequate for quick-and-dirty work, but
of course, vector art always looks better.
