Visio to Word--Printing

I have been trying to paste org charts created in Visio into a word document and then print them. The chart looks OK on the screen in Word after pasting and also when I do a print preview. However, when I print none of the text prints. Any ideas what's wrong?

Dawn,

I got the hotfix from Microsoft Support, applied it (actually there were 3 of them), and it worked. I can now paste an org chart from Visio into a Word document and the characters print. Thanks for your help.
