Visitors Online/ Users Online Script

Can anyone tell me how to add a live-script shows on my web-page "how many
visitors are currently online" I have been search the web, but cannot seem
to find a good script. Please help. Thanks, Dorothy

You would need to have an application variable that you
would add to when people came into your site and decrease as
they leave. You would then use a script on whatever page to
show the information by pulling the info from that variable

trying to figure this out for awhile, I will keep reading till I figure out
the lingo )
