Hi Anauna,
There is an Accessibility applet in the Windows Control
Panel in addition to the settings for the Windows Desktop.
Decreasing the 'screen resolution' from, for example 1024
to 600x800 will make things 'appear' larger.
In Word, the reviewing baloon text size is controlled
by a style 'Balloon text' in addition to using the
View=>Zoom feature.
Many dialog boxes are controlled by the settings for
the Windows desktop properties, as far as font size.

I have changed font size, icon size, etc. but...
I cannot change the Task Pane, Reviewing Balloons, and Dialogue box sizes.
Are these Office or Windows settings?
