Hi Avi,

If two tasks are assigned to a resource and the tasks overlap in time and
the total assignment units (Peak) is greater than the maximum units for the
resource, the resource is overallocated, according to Project. You may view
overallocated resources in the Resource sheet -- his/her name appears in
red. The Resource Allocation view is also particularly helpful in tracking
down where overallocations occur.

You may allow project to delay one or more tasks to fix the overallocation
by Resource Leveling. See help for additional details.

You may also want to look at FAQ # 28 "Resource Leveling does not remove
overallocation" at:
http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

You may also find Mike Glen's excellent series of tutorials on Project very
helpful, particularly Lesson 19 "Leveling for Results" at:
http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMFrame.asp?CMD=ArticleSearch&AUTH=23

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
