I have a problem but ı dont know how ı solve
ı want to make 2 different Project View (One for our company, the other for
the client)
I should study on 1 project file
I tried to make customize the table. In the begin it was ok but the table
for client has different WBS and table for our company has different WBS.
Example If ı move some activity to correct place on our company table after
that ı control the other table it has changed as ı did for our company table
How can ı solve my problem..
Please help me (Is there a solution ?)

Hi,

On my side, I have two WBS columns, each point on different tables.
And on each differents view, you customize a filter by the wbs column.
You can decide to display the first column but not the second column for the
first view.
On the second view, do the contrary.

Thanks for explanation
I understand to logic to do this but my problem looks some complex why ?
Because ı have two different headings structure when ı add new tasks to one
view and new summaries (for the other they are not necessary) after that ı
can see same tasks on the other view(it doesnt write name but ı can see their
time columns "duration" ,"start" etc. so ı tried to hide this rows in this
time for this view ı loose my real rows because some activities remain in
hide subrows)
Briefly, ı changed some activities rows number change for one view (It is
ok) also the other view is ok (Duration and start finish Everything is OK)
when ı add for new activity for one view, problems start because of the
other view arrangement (for other Gant view)
what should ı do?

Views simply define formats. If you indent a task in one view (change the
WBS) the same thing happens in the other View. If you want two different WBS
codes you either need two files, or two custom fields with the Outline
levels for each task for each view and some VBA code to swap from one to the
other.
