webpage to upload excel files

I need to give some people a way to upload their files (excel spreadsheets)
for further analysis.
Actually, it a survey files.

For uploading I need to give them a simple webpage with a custom appearance
with a window to locate a file for uploading and a button to submit/upload
the file.

Those people who are uploading files shouldn’t have any access to anything
else except that webpage.

Please, advise if it's possible with Puclisher. If not please advise how I
could implement it.

Not natively with Publisher.

Ask your host what they support for uploads (some hosts don't allow any),
then you'll have to find what will work - ask your host they may have
something available.

Thanks you very much both, Rob and Don, for your responses.

I’m waiting for a response from my hosting but it looks as no much contact
with them only via online and I’m not sure if it works.

For the e-mail we did consider this option but it was rejected as it
wouldn’t give users a sense of anonymity and if it’s even sent from a one
e-mail created for it giving them password and log in to send attachments
like hotmail or yahoo it was rejected as well.

There are many sites for uploading the best one I found for now is
FilesAnywhere (www.filesanywhere.com) but it gives so many functionalities
when I need only dropbox (uploading one) from them and that dropbox page is
with some their adds and the page appearance cannot be customized.

It would be nice to get something similar but with customizable (appearance)
uploading page.
Please, advise if you know any websites or program for it.

Perhaps you should look at http://www.yousendit.com/ . It offers a free file
transfer service of up to 100 MB. It also has SiteDrop which is an option to
the paid service: http://www.yousendit.com/cms/sitedrop&s=30042 . If you
want to go to the trouble of branding it, you can embed the iframe source
code into a Publisher web page using the insert html code fragment tool.
