Website Template

I know this may seem like a very silly question to some of you experts, but I am VERY new to Frontpage. I found a free website template that I'd like to use and downloaded it to my PC. I can't figure out what to do with it! I'm trying to edit it with my content and use it as my webpage, but am completely lost...

How can I pull this up in Frontpage to use as a template? I started my website using the corporate presence template, but don't like any of the choices. I have the content, but don't know how to get it onto the new template and in the right format to then publish it.

Start by checking the source of the template for installation / use instructions
After downloading it, you need to install it and the use File New Web or File New Page to find the template
