Weekly project

I have a project that has a three weeks cycle and occurs every week. How do I
set it up so that it doesn't have a start date and end date but a start day
and an end day, for example, "Thursday week 1" is the 1st Brief, then "Monday
week 2" is the kickoff meeting etc.?

Thanks in advance,

I should probably add that it's a process really and not a project that I am
trying to work on. How do I set up a process in MS Project may be the real
question.

My answer would be, you don't. Others may disagree. Project is intended for
doing Projects, finite work with a start and finish. There is software out
there for production/maintenance, maybe even for "processes", I've never
looked. But I think you'll spend more time and energy fighting with Project
to accomplish what you're doing than it's worth.
Hope this helps in your world.
