Insert a graphic, click on it to display the Picture toolbar, then click on
the Text Wrapping button to get a menu that may provide the answer to your
question. Alternatively (since it's hard to know what your instructor is
looking for), double-click the graphic to open the Format Picture dialog and
click Advanced... on the Layout tab for more options.
