What can I do if I dont know my microsoft word password?

I HAVE NOT USED A DOCUMENT FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND SO HAVE FORGOTTON MY
PASSWORD. IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN GET ACCESS TO THE DOC?

Not unless you remember the password. If it is a form, you can remove the
password protection by using Insert | File to insert the document into a new
document. Since forms more often have password to modify rather than to
open, however, it's unlikely this will help.
