What do I do when I change the design in Publisher using the Wiza.

I am changing a publication including the design however some pages are
updating to the new design and others are retaining the old design. When I go
to the specific problem pages and change the design there it doesn't make a
difference.

Which version of Publisher are you using? Which wizard and design are you
using? What changes are you making?
