Can anyone tell me the exact meaning of the word "deep" in the
following phrase" A Deep and Experienced Team"?Thanks.

Deep means deep like a sports team is deep. More than one person can do any
of the tasks. If you loose the primary video guy, others are
trained/available/on-site to pick up his/her workload.

No, I don't think so.

I think they are looking for a team where multiple employees can cover for
any sick/disabled/missing member. Of course my opinion may be incorrect.
