I'm still using my old PIII 1.2G computer for the paper work and internet
browsing. I find that the computer will generate some files with names like
System.1.Crwl, System.2.Crwl, ...System.11.Crwl, System.11.gthr in the folder
"C:\WINDOWS\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Office Search
Services\IndexingService\GatherLogs".
Some of these files are very large, they almost use 5GB hard disk space. I
would like to ask:
1. Why do I got these files?
2. Is it safe to delete these files?
