besides front page can you experts indicat what software you recommend to
make a good looking web page?

what software you recommend and what each different type of software does...

I recommend you step away from the keyboard. Get some good books about HTML
and CSS. When you have been through them then worry about your software.
Remember it's not the tool, it's the operator.

I agree. FrontPage has all the basic tools you need. It doesn't, however,
teach you how to use them, except from the software's standpoint. For
example, FrontPage has nice tools for adding form elements to a form. It
doesn't teach you what a form element is, how a form works, etc.
