I took youir advice and downloaded microsoft Word 'cuse you can't do anything in Publisher without it...Thanks

download Word and I have no idea why you state that
you cannot do anything in Publisher without Word.

Sure you can..Notepad, Wordpad...any wordprocessor.

In fact when I am given content for projects by "helpers who don't know" and
have heavily formatted text in Word (or whatever) I always pass it through
Notepad first, then into Publisher. Why?...to strip out most of the crap
formatting they have added to make it look pretty.
