when I change page size the object does not resize to fit

when I change page size the basic object does not resize to fit .
So I have to drag objects to fit

This is how it is designed to work. Every program I use works the same way.

Publisher 2003 gives an option to resize automatically and fit , which was
great! Why that is not the case with 2007?

I have no idea why they changed the re-size in the wizards. It certainly was a
good feature. I think the whole print interface leaves a lot to be desired.
