When I import contacts can I control the "File as" field?

I've exported my contacts out of Outlook 2003 and there is no field for
"File As" that I can see.

Is there a way to control this field when I'm importing contacts into
another users contacts?

Why not simply copy the contacts folder to a new pst then attach that pst to
the other users Profile?
