When I look at the address book in Word

It shows name, than email addresses, I used to be able to use this for
addressing an envelope. Is there a way to fix this?

Word's address book is corrupt.
You've provided no clue as to why. It can't happen for no reason. What did
you change between now and "used to?" What are your versions?
