When I open the Archive Folder I get the following message.

State your Outlook version and exactly what you're clicking to elicit that

Outlook 2003. And I'm doing exactly what I'd mentioned. I left click on
Archives and I get that message. I can however, see all the archived emails
in folders underneath.

Were I in your shoes, I'd remove the archive PST from the mail profile and
then add it in again.

Turning the computer on and off fixed the problem.
