??? When I print WORD doc. including an email address, address prints as Bookmark not defined.

??? When I print WORD doc. including an email address, address prints as "Bookmark not defined". How can I include email addresses in a document and have it print properly. It looks fine on the screen but when it prints, it prints an "Invalid . . . " message where the email address should be. Is my software possessed? How do I fix this?
