Try a head cleaning on your printer?
Failing that, try replacing the cartridges.
If that still doesn't work, try finding someone else with a printer and
using that to see if it works (if they don't have Publisher, use a PDF
utility such as
www.primopdf.com to create a file readable by Adobe Acrobat
Reader). If that works, you may need to replace your printer.
