When saving a file in word it asks me to insert my installation d.

When I try to save a document in word it asks me to insert my installation
disk for the printer. If I cancel out of that a few times it finally saves.
If I save again it is OK but if I choose save as it does the same thing

Word is tied closely to the printer driver. This may be an indication that
the printer driver is corrupt. Re-install the printer and see if that helps.
Did you insert the printer installation disc when asked?
