When upgrading to 2007, will all my info carry over?

I run a small busines and I've been told that the business contact manager
will work almost as good as ACT for my needs. I'm just worried that all my
Outlook data will not move with the upgrade. Can anyone assure me that my
contact, my reminder, my tasks and all my info (including e-mails) will still
be there after the upgrade?

Yes it will, but as with any such process a data backup is allways wise, of
course being a business user you allready have a backup regime in place?
PS The version of Outlook you are upgrading from may have some baring, in
the detail
