Where are messages saved?

I have replaced my hard drive. My inbox messages in
Outlook are now gone, except for new ones. I have access
to the old drive, but don't know where Outlook stores
messages. My email provider does not save messages once
they're opened. Thanks!

Enable hidden files and folders in Windows Explorer and search for files
whose type is ".pst". Those are the Outlook data files. If you're using a
Windows 2000/XP system, look for them in C:\Documents and
Settings\{user}\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook or C:\Docuemnts and
Settings\{user}\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
