Where are my downloads?

I am new to Microsoft Office. I downloaded several cover letters and resumes
to review later at my convenience. I downloaded these templates to Microsoft
Word but I am unable to find them. If I was supposed to save them, I didn't.
I thought they would be saved automatically to MS Word from the MS Office
online. Please somebody tell me what to do. Thanks, karaokepete

Have you tried searching?

Download them again but this time make a note of the location that you
save them to.

Word at least that's what the download said that's where it was going. I

You mean when you attempted to close Word, you didn't see a reminder to save
open files? The templates aren't saved unless you physically save them.
