Where did the pieces go? Sorry!

I got an email message telling me I had responses to my earlier post with the
same heading. But when I clicked on the hypertext, it took me nowhere. So
after a few tries I gave up and swam upstream and again found this forum
where my post showed "Community Message Not Available." So to those who may
have tried to help me, thank you. I wish I could give you credit. To
Microsoft, I'm beginning to wish I'd stayed with my dependable Mac OS. The
only way I found my various pieces of Office was to do a search under START
and then when they showed up, drag them to my desktop. They never did appear
in either the start menu or on the desktop. How bizarre.

The reason being is that you either have a Trial of Office or you installed a
retail version of Office over the Trial version
