Where does Outlook save files moved from msn?

I moved my files from Hotmail into folders in Outlook and
wanted to know where Outlook stores them (i am using win
XP) Also does Outlook auto back them up, and if so where
to?

In WindowsXP PSTs are located on "c:\documents and
settings\<USERNAME>\local settings\application
data\microsoft\outlook\". This is only true if you or
your administrator did not change this default path.

If you would like to automatically back up your PSTs, I
suggest you download pfbackup.exe from the Microsoft
Office website.
