where is a template for " A Joint Business venture?"

Does anyone have a template for " A joint business venture" that I can
download, have checked microsofts web-site and cannot find one at all. If
anyone has please dont send it in excel form, office 200 or other please.

Well, it certainly is NOT on the technical support newsgroup for the
database program Microsoft Access. Please find a more appropriate
newsgroup, such as one for Word.

And nobody can "send" it to you - you didn't post an EMail address.
Hint: Don't do so; it's rude, the other people who post here are
volunteers donating their time, not Microsoft employees; and secondly,
it exposes your email address to spammers.
