which office can i find a saved letter by either customer or part.

Is there a office product that will let me create a letter template, then
once I use the template and save some letters, can i find one of the letters
by like the customers name or if I have forgotten that by the part # I had
put into one of the blanks on the letter template?
Something like Adobe pagemaker.

You can use Word to create letter template and form letters. See the
links below for further details. As for finding the info again, if you
enter proper information into the PROPERTIES input for each item, you
can later search on that information...or search on the letter content
when you click File > Open.
