Which Progam is best for my needs?

I am in need of the ability to organize and manage sales leads for Real
Estate Business. I have basic skills but am not advanced on any programs. I
have looked into Outlook as the leads come via email (not vcard as the
tutorial) but I have never had much luck either finding a place to show me
how everything should work and actually making it work. I have considered
Access and I know that I do not 100 % understand how that program works. I
have also considered the One Note as I can add tasks to the outlook.

My needs are simple, i need to be able to contact the lead as soon as I
receive it then set up the follow up date with everything that has been done
and what to do next.

If anyone can please give me some advise and where I can go to get
instructions on how to make it work that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

I am an above average technically capable realtor. If you want a basic
contact management system, I suggest outlook as it's the easiest to use once
you get your contacts populated (all the information including follow ups,
tasks, appts, etc entered). If you want something a little more real-estate
oriented try pipelinei.com which is a free download from favoriteagent.com.
Even more robust that than is topproducer.com. I used to have topproducer
but didn't like how many layers it took to get to the information I needed.
Hope this helps. PS: You can use access too but you'd have a lot of
development time up front creating your forms the way you'd need them. The
easiest in my opinion, without compromising information, is outlook.
