While you were out phone note

Neal

Hi there.

When the boss is out, I need to make him 'phone notes' so that he gets them
in his inbox when he gets home. What's the best way to do this? A task
request? It doesn't look like a phone call.

Also, I want to have a hotkey so that if I am in Word or Excel or whatever,
I can press the key combination and up pops the new Outlook (2003) note.

Thanks, Neal

Don't know how you can do that, but see

Thanks for the info. I've downloaded.

However, it mentions how to install it by going to tools, options, Manage
Forms tab, which doesn't exist in Outlook 2003. Hasn't the whole forms
library thing changed now?

Cheers, Neal
