White font on blue background

A user of ours would like to configure Outlook 2000 so
that he has white fonts on blue background. I remember
WordPerfect 5.1 used to have this. Is this possible?

If you set the option for blue background, white text in Word (Tools,
Options, General), and then use Word as your email Editor in Outlook, it
should pick up the background when you create a new message in Outlook.
Word is also affected, obviously.
