Who does what when

In the Who Does What When Report, you have the Resource Names on the left,
and their tasks indented below the resources.

On the right you have days/weeks as column headings, and boxes below. I
would like the Task Name for the respective resource to be displayed in the
boxes below the weeks headings, and not below the resource names.

I discovered how to remove the tasks from below the respuirce names, but not
how to place the tasks below the weeks.

This is how we would like the information displayed:

As an alternative to doing this in a Report, I see that a Gantt Chart works
all the same. The problem is that I do not see how to wrap text in a Gantt
chart. If I make the Gantt bars white, you don't see them rather only see
the text which is what I want.

Does anyone know how to wrap text in a Gantt? I can wrap it under Task
name, but not in the Gantt.

Thanks.

jz,
Boy wouldn't that be great - Shilling versus Johnson.

Let me answer the two questions I saw in your multiple posts. First, the
data on the right side of Usage reports is for numerical information
only. It is possible to achieve what you want, but you will have to use
VBA to export the information to another application (e.g. Excel).
Second, Gantt bar text cannot be wrapped. The intent of being able to
attach text to a Gantt bar is to provide simple reference information on
the graphic, not to give details such that text wrapping would be
required.

Hope this helps.
