who is an administrator?

I created a spreadsheet and tried to save it to my D drive. I get a message
that tells me I don't have access to the d drive..."to see my administrator".
I'm about the only one who uses the computer (at home and not on a network)
HELP!

You will probably get this message if your D: drive is a CD-ROM,
CD-R, or CD-RW drive. Don't save directly to CD drives from
Office applications. Instead, save to your hard drive, close the
file, and then use Windows Explorer, My Computer, or your CD
mastering software to copy files from the hard drive to the CD.
