Why are Side Notes/Screen Clippings not working?

Hi,
I just installed Microsoft Office 2007 and was trying to get acquainted with
OneNote 2007. I soon realized that when i press Ctrl+S to use the screen
clippings or open up a side note i get an error (in the form of a bubble)
saying that OneNote was unable to save the screen clipping into my Unfiled
Notes section. The new window that the program creates also says "Waiting to
Sync this Section. Another OneNote program has created it but has not
uploaded the content." Any idea why this happens? How do I fix it?

Sounds like there might be a problem with your unfiled notes section.
Try this:
1. Copy any content you want to save out of unfiled notes, and into some
other section.
2. Shut down OneNote
3. Using explorer, go into your documents folder, open the "OneNote
Notebooks" folder, and delete "Unfiled Notes". (you may have to delete
it from another location if you changed the default location where it's
stored).
4. Restart OneNote and click on the unfiled notes button. You should see
an empty section. Are you now able to create pages?
