Why are some of my pictures changing to red X's in saved emails?

I have set up several templets that include pictures that are all saved in MY
DOCUMANETS/MY PICTURES. Everything has worked fine for about 2 days and now
half of my templets have lost their pictures. They have been replaced with a
small red x. If anyone can help me figure out what is going on I would
greatly appreciate it.
