Why can't I download templates?

When I try to download templates I get an error message that says, "This
template cannot be automatically downloaded. The ActiveX control needed could
not be installed on your computer." What do I need to do to fix this?

Wonder mom,
You could try some of the methods in this article:

it may clean up Internet Explorer so you can download templates. If you use
any of the methods outlined, you should restart your system after each for
best results.
