Why cash flow total and total cost of the project are different?

I am using MSP 2000, and I would like to follow the cash flow of my project
for the subcontracting activities. To do so I linked subcontracting
activities as ressource to the corresponding tak, The ressource are defined
as material, with a given standard rate cost which is the cost of the
service. The cost is used on a prorata basis. The total cost in the colum
cost of the summary of the project is correct, however when I want to see
the cash flow report, some cost attributed to tasks are missing and the total
cost of the cash flow does not correspond to the total cost of the projet, so
the cash flow report are absolutely useless. Please advice.
