Why did update fail?

Windows update KB906173, Outlook Junk email filter, failed to install. I am
running XP Home with SP2, and Office 2003 which has been fully updated by
Office Update, except for this failed one.
What do I do now? I have searched and found nothing on the subject.

Try to download it from the link below, and save it to your desktop. Once it
has downloaded run it. This seems to work when I have failed updates.
