Why do I lock up other peoples systems with my emails?

I am currently using Outlook 2003 and am on an exchange server through my
employer. Every so often and more often than not I am being told that my
email when others try to read it locks up their system. Can someone please
help me I have done everything I know to do. No viruses - no spyware. I can't
find anything!
