Why do my numbers add when I do a chart?

When I do a chart with multiple entries the first entry works fine but when I
enter the second it either adds or subtracts and doesn't keep each entry
individual, how do I fix this?

What kind of chart are you using? You might need to change from, say, a
stacked chart to a regular column chart.
